Frog Hollow Swim & Tennis Club

Frog Hollow is a privately owned swim club in South Amboy, New Jersey. Established in 1962, Frog Hollow is a great summer destination for the whole family. With three pools, two diving boards, a playground, a snack stand and an entire picnic grove there's fun for everyone. 

We offer a variety of activities for its members, including a Swim and Dive Team for anyone ages 5 - 18, swim lessons for children ages 3-8, and water aerobics for the adults. Throughout the summer, Frog Hollow hosts a number of events including Kid's Nights, Adult Nights, and an annual Family Picnic. It's the perfect summer getaway tucked away right in your neighborhood.
